The Cortile Pepe Restaurant renovation is part of the renovation process that involved Palazzo Botta, a noble 18th-century Cephaludese residence, within which the restaurant is located.

The realised project wanted to take into account the context in which the restaurant is located, thus implying the preservation of some of its ancient characteristics. At the same time, however, these have found their place within a project with a contemporary and minimalist slant, based on the search for high-quality details. Thus, natural stone surfaces, furniture made of fine briccola from Venice, glass windows for an open kitchen and exclusive resins for the bathrooms were chosen.
